All Positions are hourly + tips (tips ranging from $100 - $300/ event) + possible overtime:

  • Back of House:

    • Head Catering Chef ($25/hr - $30/hr)

    • Prep Chef ($18/hr - $22/hr)

    • Kitchen Manager ($18/hr - $22/ hr)

    • Dish Washers ($13/hr - $15/hr)

  • Front of House:

Growing high end catering company based in Natick, MA is looking for a highly energetic, motivated and reliable staff! Job responsibilities will vary and grow with the position, including but not limited to (Back of House Positions): dish washing, prepping the menu items for the events, onsite prep work, composing menu items for service and kitchen clean-up. You will directly assist the Executive Chef/ Co-Owner. These have the option to be part time or full time positions and hours vary based on weekly events (ranging from 20-40 hours in our busy season). Creative work environment, specializing in wedding and special event catering.

Job Requirements - vary per position:

  • 1 Year kitchen prep experience preferred (catering experience is helpful)

  • Experience running events and ovens - head chef

  • Heavy lifting required

  • Good attitude is a must

  • Willing to take direction

  • Able to step into a leadership role when we have multiple events occurring on the same day.

  • We work as team and at times need assistance with the front of the house, washing dishes, setting-up or breaking down tables, no job can be beneath this position to have a successful event.

  • Fast, hard worker, willing to learn new skills

  • We are growing catering company this position has the opportunity to grow with us and take on bigger events

  • Looking for an individual local to the Natick, MA area - not willing to relocate applicants for this position

  • Some travel is required to events located within 1.5 hours of the Natick area, reliable transportation is required, however some times you can ride in our catering van.


Compensation is commensurate of experience, very competitive for the industry. All positions will also be included in the tip pool for events.
