We help manage both the communication between the catering team, vendors and timeline so that you and your guests enjoy every moment of your event!
Packages starting at $1,195 for our in-house catering clients with a dedicated day-of coordinator from our team for 10 hours. Additional hours can be added on as needed

What does Rehearsal Co-ordination Include & why it is important?
We assist the day prior in organizing your bridal party for the ceremony entrance and exit so that everyone knows where to stand and when, who to walk with and where they need to go after the ceremony - in an efficient and stress free environment than having the couple manage the chaos of excited friends! This gives the couple and your bridal party peace of mind and calms nerves that can appear on the big day!

Kim and Calla were wonderful to work with for our wedding! They catered out cocktail hour and helped to staff the entirety of the event. Kim and the team were very accommodating and willing to work with us to make our vision come true.
We thoroughly enjoyed our taste testing process and all planning conversations. The food was delicious and we, along with our guests were very happy with all of the food.

Kim walked us through everything we needed to be thinking about, choices we needed to make, and took care to guide us along the way with options that would fit our budget. Calla helped to coordinate staffing, rentals, bar orders, set up and breakdown and worked with the venue to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even when they ran into inevitable challenges (some rentals showed up late) the Calla team worked to find impromptu solutions so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing and our timeline stayed on track.
