Custom Buffet Menus

Customize your next lunch or dinner buffet! Please select 1-2 entree items, optional vegetarian entree, 2 - 3 sides, 1 - 2 salads and bread of choice to create a customized buffet menu. Plated vegetarian or special dietary menu also available to coincide with buffet service.
Menu pricing is created for custom buffets based on all items selected, pricing ranges between $26pp - $60pp. (pricing is based on a minimum of 100 guests, smaller guest count can be accommodated, however

the price will reflect a 20% increase due to smaller guest count)

Menu price includes in-house table setting for 2021 clients
Staffing, upgraded rentals, tax and gratuity are additional
and itemized on our detailed menu proposals
